Pricing & Fees

Access to premium features requires payment of the fees shown at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated. You agree to pay any taxes due. Payment failures may restrict access to paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are issued.

Service Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be announced at least seven days prior when practicable. No compensation is due for service changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for security concerns. Notice will be provided where feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease. You must stop using and delete any local copies of materials.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the service’s technology, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You receive no ownership rights under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal remedies apply for infringement.

Disclaimer & Warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You use the service at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise decided.
